ONLINE PAYMENTS:

PAYMENTS TO THE TOWNS BANK:

The Town offers an online banking service though UNIBANK.  You will choose the type of payment being made (Real Estate, Personal Property, & Excise Taxes).  Payments can be made using your current bill number and the tax year you are trying to pay.  This online banking service is only available for current bills.  Bills past their due date will not be available online.  You have a choice to set up an account to save your banking and/or your credit card information or you can make a one-time payment without saving your information.  There is a fee of $0.25 to make a payment online with your checking account (ACH).  There are additional fees for you to use a credit cardUNIBANK will send you a confirmation e-mail after the transaction is complete.  Click here to be taken to the UNIBANK payment website.

PAYMENTS FROM YOUR PERSONAL ONLINE BANKING SERVICE:

You may use your personal online banking service to pay tax bills.  These payments do not come with a copy of your bill so we ask that you provide your Parcel ID # in the memo section of the payment.   Your Parcel ID # will never change, unlike your bill number which may change twice a year depending on sales in the town.  When you make a payment in this way the bank will cut a paper check and mail it to the Town.  This can lead to a delay in the payment getting to the office and could result in interest and penalties being applied to your bill.  Please leave adequate time to allow these payments to reach our office.  Postmarked dates are not accepted.
