Memorial Day Committee
The Memorial Day Committee is appointed by the Moderator. It is responsible for all the arrangements associated with Dover’s Memorial Day exercises, always held on the actual Memorial Day, May 30th.

Dover Town Code
There shall be a three-member Memorial Day Committee appointed by the Moderator on a rotating basis of one member each year for a three-year term. The Memorial Day Committee shall arrange and execute a program for Memorial Day.
